Reconstitution & syringe-fill calculator

How to reconstitute a lyophilized (powder) peptide vial:
  1. Let the vial and bacteriostatic (BAC) water reach room temperature.
  2. Wipe both rubber stoppers with an alcohol swab.
  3. Draw your chosen volume of BAC water into a syringe.
  4. Insert the needle at an angle and let the water run slowly down the side of the vial — never spray directly onto the powder.
  5. Do not shake. Gently swirl or roll until fully dissolved.
  6. Store reconstituted vial refrigerated; label with the date and concentration.
