How to reconstitute a lyophilized (powder) peptide vial:
Let the vial and bacteriostatic (BAC) water reach room temperature.
Wipe both rubber stoppers with an alcohol swab.
Draw your chosen volume of BAC water into a syringe.
Insert the needle at an angle and let the water run slowly down the side of the vial — never spray directly onto the powder.
Do not shake. Gently swirl or roll until fully dissolved.
Store reconstituted vial refrigerated; label with the date and concentration.
